Membership Terms & Conditions
1. General T&C
1.1 The membership fee for Challenger 12-month membership (M12 in short) is strictly non-refundable.
1.2 Challenger membership is a personal identity for Challenger and cannot be transferred or shared.
Challenger members are responsible for ensuring account integrity and preventing misuse.
Challenger is not responsible for any damages including data breach/loss resulting from the action of transfer and/or sharing of Challenger membership.
1.3 Challenger members can enjoy membership discounts and/or benefits at all Challenger retail stores and Challenger.sg. Members are required to scan the QR code on the cashier’s tablet with ValueClub app’s in-app camera at the point of purchase to enjoy discounts and earn cashback.
1.4 Membership information, cashback and purchase history can be tracked in the ValueClub app.
1.5 It is the member's responsibility to ensure that all personal information submitted is up-to-date and accurate.
To update your particulars, log in to www.challenger.sg or ValueClub app, edit in the ‘Account’ section.
1.6 Please inform us via phone at +65-6333-5858 or via online feedback form if you wish to change your member particulars. It is each member’s responsibility to ensure member details are accurate and updated at all times.
1.7 Challenger reserves the right to amend or withdraw any T&C without prior notice.

3. Membership renewal
3.1 Members are recommended to renew their Challenger membership before it expires to continue enjoying the privileges.

3.2 To qualify for a complimentary 1-year membership renewal, members must accumulate $500 or more in spending during their M12 membership period. The complimentary renewal will commence from the expiry date of the current membership and is limited to one renewal per membership period. This policy will also apply to M24 members, effective 1 March 2025.
3.3 Members are allowed a grace period of 90 days from the date of membership expiry to retain your cashback under the condition that the membership is renewed within the grace period.
W.E.F 1 August 2018, records of expired membership that have not been renewed within 6 months will be removed from our system.
4. Cashback
4.1 Challenger M12 members are entitled to earn cashback.
4.2 Amount of cashback earned depends on each specific campaign and may vary from time to time.
4.3 Cashback earned will be credited to the member's account for same-day purchases.
4.4 Cashback earned can be used to offset members’ next purchase amount payable (after any discount and/or applicable coupons) at retail stores and Challenger.sg.
4.5 Cashback will not be awarded for membership fees, purchase of vouchers, gift cards and services such as delivery, extended warranty, product repair and the amount paid using cashback.
4.6 Cashback may only be used by Challenger members with an active Challenger membership account.
4.7 Cashback earned from refunded purchases/items will be deducted accordingly.
4.8 Cashback earned may not be transferred to any other Challenger member (except for associate members) and are not exchangeable for cash.
4.9 Cashback earned and unutilised will not expire as long as your membership status is active.
Cashback earned and unutilised will expire 90 days after membership expires.
4.10 If there is a discrepancy on your cashback, please provide all your purchase transaction receipts for verification within 14 days of your purchase.
5. Associate Members
5.1 Associate membership is free and non-transferable.
5.2 The main member shall be responsible for all usage of the associate membership(s) under their account.
5.3 Associate members are able to earn cashback for the main member.
5.4 All other cashback-related T&C apply.
5.5 Savings from any associate member’s transaction will count towards the main member’s savings.
5.6 Challenger communications, including but not limited to exclusive news, promotions and monthly e-statement, will be sent to all associate members. You may update your subscription preferences at any time by logging into your member account.
5.7 Associate membership expiry date is set to be the same as the main member's initial expiry date or upon the main membership’s renewal/upgrade, whichever comes first.
W.E.F 11 February 2019, there will be no renewal of associate memberships.
